2. Product Delivery
Upon payment confirmation, you can download your purchased products from the “Downloads” section of your account page. This process typically takes 10–15 minutes after payment completion. You will also receive an email with download instructions, so ensure you use a valid email address during registration.
If you use PayPal electronic checks (PayPal e-Check), order processing may take several days.
Your purchase includes free downloads and updates for one month from the date of purchase.
3. Payment and Renewal

Automatic Renewal
We do not process automatic renewals. If you purchase a one-time product, it will not incur recurring charges. For subscription-based membership plans (e.g., 1-month, 3-month, or yearly plans), once the subscription expires, it will not automatically renew. You may manually renew your membership if desired.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final, and refunds are not provided unless the digital product is completely unusable. If a product is found unusable, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a refund directly to your bank account.
Important Notes:
- Membership plans are non-refundable, as they grant access to all downloadable products upon purchase.
- Refunds will not be provided if a customer disregards product details or places an incorrect order.
- Products cannot be exchanged or refunded for reasons such as a change of mind or accidental purchase.
5. Support Policy
We provide basic technical support, such as assistance with product installation. However, we do not offer customizations or freelance services. If you require advanced installation or setup support, we recommend hiring a freelancer.
6. Privacy Policy
